The hotel staff were friendly and helpful nothing was too much effort all done with nice attitude the rooms, food and cleanliness 10/10 the location for our event was perfect with only 1 mile to travel each day. The breakfast offered such an amazing selection all food tasty. It was the perfect hotel for the three nights we stayed there. Will look forward to returning in 2020

Tv with YouTube great sound.. Room temperature.. With amenities very thoughtful.. Quietness.. Kfc and La place right in the corner.. Other restaurants crossing the road.. Toverland ( Fun Park with attractions) 8 minutes by bicycle or 20 minutes walking.. Fun Center right on the side of the hotel. So much to do.. staff were great. Coming back !

We paid for both breakfasts. We thought the hotel was in Severnum but it was 5km from the town and also a taxi would cost 70 to 80 euros to get there!! So not very good for us. I got a burst tire just as I got to the hotel and the staff were so very helpful. They called the Dutch AA for me and spoke on my behalf then a different staff member called a tire fitter on my behalf and arranged that. They were so helpful and attentive, I’d love to stay again!

Automated check in and out was handy. There’s a (very popular) restaurant attached to the hotel with a really wide choice of food on offer.
